The placing of an order with us indicates your acceptance of the Terms of Business stated herein.


No responsibility can be accepted for orders placed with us either verbally or with unclear / ambiguous instructions.
A written order or purchase order must be provided; we will take no responsibility for Incorrect or faulty work if a clear order detailing specifications is not supplied.


We will take no responsibility or be held liable for any costs incurred as a result of incorrect dies being used by the customer.
The responsibility is with the customer to check that dies are correct before use.


Whilst every care will be taken with artwork / originals supplied by the customer, no liability is accepted should damage arise.


Orders are accepted on the understanding that the customer has obtained the legal right to produce the required work and that he / she indemnifies us from all liability in the event of any subsequent claim.


Any complaint must be made in writing, within 5 days of delivery. Claims made beyond this point will not be entertained.


Payment is strictly with order, unless credit terms have previously been agreed.


Goods remain the property of the company until payment is made in full.


These conditions of business shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
