We can accept artwork produced in most of the common artwork packages and also as paper copy and film. If you are unsure about compatibility - get in touch

Pdf's are preffered but we are also happy to accept the following formats -
Illustrator  - eps, ai,
Photoshop - jpeg, tiff and psd (1200 dpi BITMAP),

When supplying files please ensure all fonts are included in your document, or even better,
convert your fonts to outlines (illustrator) or curves (corel draw).

Tints and and screens do not reproduce successfully. Please ensure artwork is 100% black and white fill, care should be taken when selecting line widths, "hair lines" do not reproduce well and tend to break in the etching process, we recommend a minimum of two points line width.

All files should be supplied as you want them to look i.e forward reading and black on white.

Please ensure film is negative, with emulsion side down.

Paper copy must be played out on a laser printer, copy from inkjet printers is not suitable, we also request it is black and white and suggest it is as crisp as possible.

All artwork will be reproduced at the size supplied, unless stated otherwise
We can reduce or enlarge artwork free of charge.

If artwork is a problem please get in touch we are happy to produce artwork for customers.
Recent projects include a set of artworks for rosettes centres which included a stork, birthday cake and pair of darts. We have also redrawn artwork for a book being produced for the queen!

WORD FILES
A special note about word - word does not embed fonts if you are using an unusual font, please supply the font and fax a visual. If this is not possible please post artwork.
If we don't have the font you are using, Word will show it in another font, if we don't have a visual we wont know this is incorrect.
