Metallic Elephant was founded in 2007 by Ros and Karl.
Karl, bringing over 20 years of experience as a leading mechanical engineer at John T. Marshall, provides unrivalled industry expertise. He has meticulously built a team of dedicated and skilled craftsmen and engineers at our factory, including his nephew Jack, who serves as a CNC operator—keeping a strong family connection at the heart of our operations.
Co-founder Ros, whose background is in the pre-press side of lithographic printing, ensures the highest standards of quality and service in every aspect of our business. Business Development Director Vincent—our very first employee and brother-in-law—looks after everything else in between!
While the business is built on engineering precision, its soul was always guided by our Miniature Schnauzer, Ellie. Though she has recently passed, she remains the honorary “Chief Morale Officer” of Metallic Elephant. She was our constant companion in the office, and her memory remains a cherished, permanent part of our company culture.
